GTX 295 - where did it go?

Hello, So I am planning on an i7 build and a few months ago I estimated a price with a gtx 295 video card. I remember there being like 5-7 cards.

Now I just looked at the cards again and there is only one card that is much more expensive than they used to be. Does anyone know where the 5-7 gtx290 cards @ ~$510 went. This was on newegg of course!

the 295 is still a very hot item...newegg cycles through their stock of the card from various manufacturers quickly...they tend to pull them off their site when they're low on stock for some reason. I've also noticed they will jack the prices when the supply is low...if you wait a day or two I would expect them being back up.

Yeah... I waited a week and they got deactivated by then.... Use google, can help you find some stores with em, but demand is rising for em. I luckily found them a $504, but I have to wait til may 26 to get them. I think they are adding $50 more to em... the ones with stock anyway....

A great site that I use is www.pricegrabber.com

It will compare several different vendors to compare prices. One of them should have the gtx 295 in stock.
