GTX 570 Twin frozr Idle and Load temps?

Hey was just wondering how much I should push my card with the afterburner tool. Wanted to know what are some safe Idle temps and load temps? Currently im running about 40 Idle on a 880 core clock and on loads its about 75-80. My fan speeds are set to about 54, and my memory clock is set to 2200.

Anyone with experience with this card lend me a hand?

Bump, I guess I sould generalize what are some safe load temps people go by when OCing cards?
