GTX 650 on 350W psu

Would this psu handle the gtx 650? Nvidia says that its max power consumption is 64W. I got a i5-2300 which consumes 95W @ full load. *Not the TI version*

Why would I get a new psu? GTX 650 max rated is 64W without any oc. With my current cpu im burning 95W with it. The whole system is eating, idk about 200W? I'm currently using HD 6670.

I've had the geforce gtx 660 running at 330 wat for 2 years, never a problem.

It's a bad PSU, a tier 5 one. It will die, and it will take all of your parts with it. I shall quote the testers "Tier Five - Replace immediately. These units are NOT recommended for any system, no matter the purpose"

It may run it for awhile but when it eventually fails there's a good chance of it taking the whole system with it. IMHO you need a new power supply.
