Gtx 650 ti still viable today?

Hi I'm building a budget PC and was wondering would a gtx 650 ti 1gb run modern games at 1080p medium-high 60fps?
I saw online that a gtx 650 ti is about the same or better than an r7 260x .

I have a Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti 2GB in a PC with an i5-4590 and a 1680x1050 monitor. It can't play Fallout 4 smoothly on anything but low settings. It can't run World of Warcraft Warlords of Draenor on anything but "Good" settings (and keep 60 FPS). So no, its really not viable for newer games even the resolution I use. That said, its not my main PC so I don't care.
