Recently I bought a GTX 660 (non ti). I know the minimum spec for the psu are 24A + 450W. I wonder if it can be usable using a 450W PSU.
My PC specs is (currently) :

Dazumba DZ 450W (5V 36A, +12V 16A, +3.3V 18A)
Core 2 duo E8300
1 sata 320gb hdd + 1 ide 80gb hdd
4gb dual channel ddr3
geforce gt210 1gb

EDIT :
my PSU doesn't have any 6-pin cable

It is not the wattage that matters in this case; you need 24A on 12V rail, and your PSU provides only 16A. It is also a bad quality PSU, and I can only recommend you to replace it.

In fact, this graphica card *can* run on 450W PSU, but only a quality one which provides enough amperage on 12V rail. For example, XFX Core 450W, which provides 34A on 12V rail. Compare that to the 16A your PSU provides and you can immediately see the difference in quality.

Since the PSU is the most important component in your system, and directly responsible for the longevity and safety of your components (not to mention you can reuse a quality PSU in your next rig, even the one after it), do not, by any means, cheap out on the PSU. Get a quality one.

My recommendation: XFX Core 550W.

sorry for late reply.
I'm thinking about buying one of this :

FSP Hyper 500 500W 80+
Corsair VS Series 550W
Cooler Master ELITE V2 500

None of these actually. But if only these options are available then go for vs 550. Don't overclock system on this PSU

And why the hell my gtx 660 run on a psu 350 w with 36A combined on 12 rail ? (and has 300w combined on 12v) i got this combination for about 3 and half years, and still working today. And i play games with 99% load for hours on GPU.Ha ? you got a answer for this? PSU model : FSP350-60APN . Haha.. not to mention that i use a old CRT DELL 21 inchi that consume 120 w ! Oo STOONED !
