GTX 680 on 700w 48amp over 2 12volt rails good enough?

Hello i wanted to ask if the gtx 680 will run on my 48amp 700w psu?

Yes, so long as it is a good PSU. My brother has a GTX680 with a CoolerMaster 600w PSU. Runs without any issues.

Well above what you need even with a power-hungry CPU.

Peak on OC'd card is roughly 200W.

Most computers (without GPU) don't use more than 200W system.

Thus 400W total draw is probably the worst-case, though it could be higher. Either way, nothing to be concerned about.
