Hello everyone, I made a post while back asking what GPU I should get for my Pre built pc and someone recommended the gtx 750 ti and I decided I am gonna go with it. But before I buy I need to know which model would fit my pre built pc better (aka asus, msi, evga). I need the community's help to tell me which one is best for my pre built pc and if I need to get extra stuff if I buy a gtx 750 ti (ex: extra power pin and what power pins).

PC specs:
i5 2320 3.0ghz
Nvidia GT 530
6gb Memory
300w PSU

1) The manufacturer of the GPU relies purely on preference e.g. EVGA often has a better looking cooler, Asus usually cools better etc so just do some research about each one. At the end of the day they are the same card so you are not going to be disappointed you went for a particular manufacturer.

2) The 750ti (reference model) does not require any extra power connection as it draws power directly from the motherboard so that's a big plus!
I guess you don't have preference on what manufacturer and also no experience with the manufacturers.

Generally this is based on people's experience and research.
For me, I will go with either the Asus or MSI (depends on the price) as they have great warranty and support. This is mainly for Nvida cards not AMD.

Thanks. If I go with an Asus one (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nvidia-GeForce-Graphics-GDDR5-PCI-Express/dp/B00ICUGOP0/ref=sr_1_9?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1408358841&sr=1-9&keywords=GTX+750+ti) , what extra power pins should I be purchasing?

If it needs a 6pin power it should come with the cable for your PSU, but 750 ti's dont really need it anyway.

Ok thanks :) I was mainly afraid of me purchasing a card that then required shit that I don't have :)
