I need upgrade my graphics card. Thinking about gtx 750 ti. I want to know if upgrade will run into any problems?

My specs are: Intel Core i5 3350P @ 3.10GHz
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology

16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz
Motherboard ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. CM6330_CM6630_CM6730_CM6830_M11AA (LGA1155)

current card: 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 640

I'm using a 750Ti in my i5 3550, it's a great power efficient card and will play most games with some setting tweaks (will not play modern games smoothly at high or ultra) and know this, there is no SLI option with the 750Ti. If price isn't an issue, you could go to a GTX 960 or a R9 270X instead.

But yes GTX 750Ti is a good card for the most part, most of them don't even use a PCI-E plug as it draws power from the motherboard.
