GTX 760 not POSTING HELP

just installed brand new gtx 760 from zotac
system made 4 beeps and didnt post
disabled internal graphics with no hhelp
should i update the bios ? its from 2012
i have a 550w from thermaltake and its 80 plus bronze

yes they spins and now im using the system without connecting the power cables

Did you connect all of the power cables to the GPU? Did you connect the display to the GPU? Can you try using the GPU in the other PCIe x16 slots of your motherboard (if it has any)?

Are you getting any visuals from the monitor at all when its plugged in?
Try plugging the monitor cable into a different slot on the GPU (if you're running on DVI)

didnt update the bios cuz it couldnt detect the usb drive

Thats a weird sound, look up in the manual, check for loose connections

If it doesn't work in either of the slots even though you've connected all of the power cables, the GPU might be faulty. What GPU did you have before? Did you uninstall all of the old drivers with driver sweeper before installing the new card? http://driver-sweeper.en.softonic.com/

no use in deleting intel hd drivers cuz i cant get in windows witth the gpu power plugged in tt

Return the GPU as it seems it's faulty. If that doesn't help, you might have to change the motherboard.

just the monitor res is not showing oh well
