Is there any performance different between an GTX 770 MINI and an regular GTX 770?

What sort of performance do you refer to? They both refer to the same GPU so should perform within spec given the correct conditions. The 'mini' refers to the size of the graphics card which usually means a smaller or shorter PCB and cooling solution. The difference in cooling solution could mean some difference in performance when trying to boost to higher clocks, and even then on a sustained load.

Personally I would seek out reviews to see if the sort of comparisons you have in mind are there.
