Hello
I recently got rid of my GTX750ti and now have enough money to buy either a brand new GTX1050 or a used GTX960 4GB, now they both cost the same, the 1050 however has just 2GB of VRAM. I would like to know if the PSU that I have (Seasonic 430W ECO, 18A dual 12V rails, one 8 PIN connector) is sufficient for the 960. I was told by a friend to get rid of the PSU ASAP, I am not willing to change my PSU anytime soon, he reasoned that since the 960 requires 20A minimum on the 12V rail, the dual 18A setup would be too dodgy to provide the GPU with sufficient amps....
Here's a link to the PSU that I have:
https://seasonic.com/product/eco-430/
My system specs are:
Core i5 4460 (stock speeds, obviously hhueheu)
2*4GB RAM 1600mhz
Samsung 850 EVO + WD 7200rpm
