GTX 960 vs GTX 670 amp edition 2gb vs gtx 760 vs r9 280

Pls guys help me it is really confusing to choose any 1 from this and i am actually not intrested with r9 280 as i dont like amd and their features.my cpu : i5 4440 and iam not intrested in overclocking too.

Pure performance wise 670. New gen features, lower power consumption wise 960.

Pure performance wise 7950 aka R9 280 u mean the 670 should have the same power as a 760 anyway

get a R9 280 and Overclock it if u can spend more money for the R9 280X(7970) that would be even better

in a nutshell 7970/R9 280X>R9 280/7950=760 in some games>everything else

i would avoid Nvidia if you're playing 1080P 2gb of ram wont cut it

i have a 7950 and it beats or Performs on par with my friends 760 depending on games

First of all thx for u r reply to my thread but i asked about the gtx 670 amp edition is it better than the r9 280 and gtx 670 amp actually outperforms a stock gtx 680 refrence and i will be pairing my gpu with i5 4440 pls tell me which is best

no matter how u look at it every card can be Overclocked with a Non reference cooler the GTX670 is a 760 a R9 280 Overclocked outperforms a 760

so i would go with AMD cards regardless 1080P NEEDS THAT 3GB OF RAM so if u can afford going with a R9 280X go with the 280X if u cant go with the R9 280

i would recommend either sapphire or MSI cards also when u get the card just Overclock it and u will outperform any the 760/670

The 670 AMP! uses 680 components, so it's a bit of a hybrid between a 670 with 680 capability, that's why it overclocks so high, and that's also why it's a little faster than a reference 680 in the benchmarks.

However; depending on the price, you can probably find a 960 that will perform just as well. I'd scratch the 760 off that list, no reason to consider it.

It would also be worth stretching your dollar and getting the 970 above them all. It's a significant boost above all three Nvidia cards.
