GTX 970 G1 Gaming - Ordered off amazong, what next! :O

Hello beautiful people

i have just purchased off amazon a gtx 970 g1 gaming after much research and searching / reading reviews.

I have no idea how to install / overclock

Is there anyone with experience or has some tips or instructions on what i should do / know

the last thing i want to do is break it, or overclock it wrong

RAM : 16GB DDR3

Mainboard : Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 7

Power Supply : Cooler Master GX Power 550W 80+ Bronze

Case : Antec G1 Gaming

Storage : 2x Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB

OS : Windows 10

Hardware
Mouse : Microsoft® Sidewinder X8

Mousepad : Steelseries DEX

Keyboard : Razer BlackWidow Chroma

Headphones: Logitech G35

Monitor : ASUS VS278H 27"

Speakers : Logitech X-210

That just about covers it, so in summary, makes sure you do these things:

Ground yourself
Try not to touch the PCB in the GPU
Make sure there are no cables such as SATA cables getting in the way
Monitor temperatures using downloadable software, making sure they are not too high.
Make sure you have the LATEST STABLE drivers.

i was told on here that 550W was more than enough ? can u explain, u got me worried
