GTX 970, LGA 2011-3, Computer Stutter, lag, freeze

Hi guys, im reopening my thread since this problem came again

I felt this freeze mostly on Fifa 15, h1z1, Dota 2(Only Crashed some few times), Total war rome 2 (Kinda lag on war), Mount and blade Warband : Viking Conquest (When i fast foward the time in map)

I've Tried
1st. Update my BIOS Motherboard
2nd. Clean my GPU Installation
3rd. Take out 2pcs of my Ram so its 8GB Dual Channel
4th. Monitor GPU Temperature with MSI Afterburner (Idle 8 C - 32 C, in some moment stay at 8, then going up to 32 C, then going back down to 8 C(in 3 secs), and stay again at 8, the GPU Temperature repeatly doing this)
5th. Replacing my RAM into a new one.

Information u may need
- Im using monitor TV 32"
- I open more than 5 program at the same time (Origin, steam, chrome, skype, teamspeak, etc)
- Using HDMI Cable

Before having this Rig's (on my signature)
I had
MOBO - Z97 Gaming 3 MSI
Processor - I7-4770
GPU - R9 280x Sapphire
Ram - 16gb dual channel 8 x 2 forget the brand DDR3
PSU - 800W / 750W

Yet i don't felt any stutter or freeze in this z97 LGA1150

Would love to hear all possible problems
Thank you for helping!

OK, for first us to remove the GPU from the problem stress test it using unengine valley or other GPU stress tool that you have.

I won`t recommend the kombustor because i experienced an error in it lately which the GPU cannot keep up with the task.

If you don`t have just google it.
