If you can fix this, I am more than willing to gift someone £5 Steam Credit.
I'm hoping Toms hardware wizards can solve this.

Had this issue for well over a year now, Microsoft refuses to do anything about it, on any page, Reddit is stumped. I Havent been able to use a computer for Recreational Activities like games for a LONG time. Cyberpunk Certain engines crackle, Tarkov Supressed guns leave a pop in the audio at the end of firing, Ultimate admiral dreadnoughts the Ships guns crackle. Windows notifications both 11 and 10 crackle and pop and the end and middle. Youtube videos when changing pop. or changing audio levels crackles.

IM AT WITS END!
I think windows will become maybe a dead/Dying platform? due to this?

;Note the 5700G PC was mine, the 2600 was my friends. I upgraded to the 12600KF system to see if it was a AMD only issue. Wasted £1000+
I no longer own the 5700G PC and only the i5 System as of RN.

Formatting of the systems specs of the 3x Pcs have all converged I do apolagise. and currently on the I5 12600KF and 3060 12GB PC on windows 11.

I doubt that this is a software problem with Windows or most everyone would experience it. Can you imstall Linux to eliminate Windows as the problem. I've never experienced this problem with Windows, for what its worth.
no idea how? and never done before. and I need my main PC up and running for daily use, I cant be doing that. And 3x Separate PCs and in different locations says its windows. Those who have had this issue have said its not on Linux.

And swapping and using Linux doesn't solve my issue as many things I use daily are not supported by linux
I need a Fix for windows 10 or 11, There will be a option causing this. But i don't know what it is. As said 3x PCs different location in the UK and peripherals same issue.

Do you by chance have any halogen and or florescent lighting or a lamp with one of those low energy light bulbs that look like a soft serve ice cream / twirly bulbs. Those also have a ballast that introduce all kinds of sound gremlins.
