gtx 970 problem ?

Hi all, for some reason my new monitor - 4k2k Acer XB280HK wont work with my sli 970's- It would show no signal . any possibly solutions ? Both of my cards work as i have tested them individually on a different monitor, I have uninstalled and re installed the driver that a downloaded from nvidia's site. would converting from display port solve it ? help is greatly appreciated

are you sure that the monitor is not the the problem? or maybe the displayport cable you used is defective.

I sent my monitor for repair and a month later their analysis was that there may be a problem with my graphics cards. I used Nvidia control panel make sure sli is configured . I have another cable coming today to see if that solves it .

new display port cable didn't solve it , is there any way I can get a refund ?

I sent my monitor to accept repair centre and they said there is an issue with the graphics cards. I bought i second display port cable and tested today but the result was the same .
