Gtx 980 performing poorly?

I have a gaming pc with a gtx 980 and a i5 4460 cpu, i run most games on ultra 60 fps no problem, and i did the unigine heaven benchmark, and my score as spected, a bit below other machines with a better cpu, but my concern last couple of months has been, why does the gpu performs not so good on games like league of legends, counter strike and overwatch. I have seen in youtube other people, with a similar rig, and their fps are way different than mine, i got every driver up to date, is not like, an abysmal difference, nor does the game drops down below 60 fps, it just makes me worried why my gpu doesnt perform like that. I started getting worried about it more, today, i opened league of legends, play a game mod called aram, disabled v-sync, and my fps stayed between 115-120 , and the card was kind of hot, 60 c° to be exact, for me this doesnt seems right, maybe am just paranoic, but never before had the card gotten hot on league of legends. And comparing to other video cards, am going to use this as an example, this guy has my same cpu, but a inferior gpu, and he gets more fps than me http://. Any tips?

You are just paranoid. 60C (at load) for the GTX980 is normal. 115-120FPS is very good.
