My specs are,
i7 6700k 4.0 Ghz
GTX 980 Ti Golden Edition
2x8 16 GB 3000Mhz (Running on 2133, X.M.P off now)
MSI z170a Gaming m7
Zalman ZM700-GT 700W
Zalman H1
Win 10 Pro 64 bit
Asus VG248E 144hz 1ms 1080p

I have getting 150-250 FPS on CS:GO (1280x1024 4:3) Low Settings, I want +300 fps for this system. Most people have getting more FPS with less than 980 Ti. This is annoying situation for me.

Also the other games GTA 5 1080p 144hz - all highest (very high-ultra) 16xAF 4xMSAA +FXAA -45-63 FPS
Witcher 3 -all ultra- 41-48 FPS.

Is there a problem with these values?

My friend has almost the same system, i7 6700k 16 GB 2133 corsair Ram and GTX 1060 6GB.
He has getting +300 fps cs:go.

Thanks for answer, I know we physically can not see that much.
But that's not the point, I am getting the same performance as someone with a much less expensive setup, I want my money worth.

You do realise that having a high end graphics card won't make much of a difference at all from a lower end one in terms of csgo
CS:GO relies more on cpu over gpu

So for example, someone else could have a 960 or a 970. With the same CPU as you (6700k) and still be getting around the same fps.

Not same fps. 960 970 980 or 980 ti , usually getting +250 +300 at low settings.
But I have getting 150-200. This is clearly lower than the others.

i7 6700k gtx 1060 getting +300
i7 6700k gtx 980 ti 150-220. Same game, same settings, same launch options. Is this fair for you ? if your answer yes, I must sell this card and buy 970 or 1060.

Why would you sell you 980 ti and get a 970 or 1060...
Both of these cards dont perform the same as a 980 ti

Your FPS will also depend on the map and amount of players in the game.

You don't need more fps for counter strike. You'll only be able to notice fps based on your refresh rate. Any additional frames are lost in space! As long as you enable vsync for smooth playback and your getting 144fps matched to your refreshrate that will give you an edge over most players. If anything too high of an fps will only hinder your game play as the excessive frames cause for more cpu utilization. Chill out dude!

Finally, fixed. 299 fps now. (Locked on 300)
But I dont know how it happened. I claened the case, I changed my RAM slots to 2-4.(before 1-2). I did clean install afterall.

Thank you for your helps guys.
