Hi;
So I got a Zotac amp! GTX 980 ti graphics card recently and it's performing well, but not aswell as how I've seen it perform for other people. For example, in this video https://youtu.be/qCekvSIl76s?t=214 the GTX 980 TI had an average framerate in GTA V of 86 on Very High Settings, 2x MSAA, FXAA, Softer Shadows and Max Dist. Scaling. My settings are a mix of medium and high and I'm only just getting above 60. This is my full current build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/zyPWQ7

I was wondering if there's any reason why it was performing so much better for other people than it is for me. I've overclocked the card to +200 core and +80 memory.

Any tips would be appreciated

Your PSU is right at the minimum required for a 980Ti, and is only of mediocre quality. Your card will throttle it's clock speed if it can't get enough power. Check your clock speeds with MSI Afterburner, GPU-Z, or another tool that'll tell you your clock speeds. I'd suggest trying another PSU.

Just 1080p. I haven't reinstalled drivers since I upgraded from a GTX 650, so I'll try that now.

It's getting enough power; the clocks speeds are reaching my overclocks.

Im having the same issue with my 980ti's except the performance used to be much better it seems that both of the cards have degraded in performance at the exact same rate. i have been searching for a fix for this but have found nothing.

you re not actually playing at 1080p you have dsr set to 2.00x

turn off dsr

also you have a pretty crap psu for a overclocked gaming system, dont overclock until you replace it you are asking for the capacitors to pop
