Question Gtx titan 6gb 2013 is crashing on boot up

I bought a gtx titan 6gb from 2013, and have placed it into a system (i5 4460, 4gb ddr3, and corsair rm850x). The motherboard is msi h81i.

It reaches the motherboard boot screen but gets stuck. Occasionally it can get into windows, but will blue screen with the message "video tdr failure" and "nvlddmkm.sys" is the thing that failed. I have updated the bios, and it doesn't work. I have used a different gpu and it works fine. I have put the titan in a different pc and it works fine. Any ideas ?

you mean you got a 2nd hand gpu?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

Yes its 2nd hand and works in my main pc.

Your specs seem low for the system the card is going to. What power supply is in that system?

Yes its 2nd hand and works in my main pc.
