Is it going to overload the rail or will work just fine?

If its better to get a new PSU, please recommend one that is fairly low-cost.

Solution
Never even heard of it. Can't be one of the great ones. Having 2 x 12 Vrails doesn't help either.

Try Seasonic 520, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M instead. They are all single rail so you can't get anything the wrong way round.

The PSU is a 'Twinmos' that came along with pc, no pci-e connectors :l
