Guild wars 2 build £500

Hi Guys

So haven't played MMO's for years and wont to get back into it few friends have been playing guild wars 2 and said its amazing so want to try it out and need a new build to get the most out of it.

any help is greatly appreciated.

Budget Range: £500 not including Monitor

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming / Web Development / watching films general browsing.

Its better to get a 6300 for 87.

When I looked into the benchmarks - using the 6870 with the FX-4100 actually proved to be quite a performer. The benchmarks showed the same FPS as using the i3-2100 with a 6870.

Any higher end graphics card and Intel was the way to go, however using a 6870 showed level performance and also enabled a Quad-Core CPU which can be useful for tasks other than gaming. Over all the FX-4100 was the better purchase and performed on par with the i3 in this configuration.

As for the Intel E6300 vs i3-2100, I'm not too familiar with the performance differences.

what sort of performance do you think id get when playing guildwars 2 on high graphics settings?

costs you about 450$ and could get alot in Guildwars 2 😉 im assuming 40FPS on MAX settings 1920x1080 😀

That's around £110? Not £87?

If you really want to squeeze the £500 budget just grab an i5.

the 600W isn't needed. A 50$ Corsair 430w will get the job done. And I really doubt you will put in an extra Graphics card. But if you will REPLACE it later down the line.. The 600W is optimal yes. Just my opinion. And not only Corsair makes good PSU's. RoseWill, XFX, Antec, Seasonic and some Cooler Master ones are same quality. So have a shop.
