H100i vs Dark Rock 3 (Does the Dark Rock 3 fit?)

Hello everyone.

I have been saving up lately and with the help of my parents im getting this dream PC of mine for my 18th birthday soon.

Here are the components:
CPU: Intel core i7 4930k
MOBO: Asus Rampage IV Black Edition
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Classified K|NGP|N Edition
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB (4x4) 2133Mhz CL9
Case: Cm Storm Stryker
PSU: Cooler Master V700
CPU Cooler:Corsair H100i or Be Quiet! Dark Rock 3

So my question here is, as the motherboard has 8 RAM slots.If i place the RAMs in the 2nd and 4th slot on both sides, would the Dark Rock 3 fit?
Or should i go for the H100i?
As i have never used water cooling i am a little afraid of placing it in my dream machine.
What are the Leak rates of the H100i?Does Corsair replace every component or only the water cooler in case of leaking?

Personally I wouldn't get either - there's much better components that you can get for the price - if you're thinking of going with an air cooler go with a Noctua D15. If you're going with a closed liquid loop, go with an NZXT Kraken X61 or Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme - both are much less expensive than the H110, and perform better.

Although for that system - what's your budget? You could probably get way better components and SLI that 780TI if you budget properly. For gaming you are throwing money away going X79 (especially with X99 and Haswell-E due any time now) and you're especially throwing money away buying Dominator Platinum - it's nearly 33% higher in price than regular RAM is, and regular RAM is nearly 50% higher in price than it was two years ago. Most of the hardware you're buying is just for name recognition - if you drop most of the uber-expensive components you can and should go SLI with that 780TI, for gaming, especially on ultra high res monitors, that is where it will count more than name recognition.

Personally I wouldn't worry about aesthetics so much - my philosophy on builds is that performance comes first to none, and everything else comes second. Accessories a distant third, and aesthetics dead last. I don't know what NZXT's RMA policy is on their coolers, I'm planning to get an X61 for my rig that uses an H440 in the near future. If you're not going to build until next summer it's kind of pointless to plan this far out in advance, by that time there should be a refresh of X99 CPUs similar to the Ivy Bridge-E and Devil's Canyon chips that are out now, plus there will be new GPUs, motherboards, and RAM kits available.
