But its presence signals to the motherboard to send it a signal. Remove and see if any difference is made. Or connect to it (with your display).

I meant its just not in the motherboard,if you have advanced info about ipmi,i will try to login.

Yep green light is on and blinking on the left side and lower right side green light is on.
