Hi!

I'm thinking of building a pc with the NZXT H9 Flow case.

I was thinking of going with the ek-nucleus-aio-cr360-lux-d-rgb AIO and pairing it with 7 ek-loop-fan-fpt-120-d-rgb-black-550-2300rpm and replacing the included case fans with these.

I am going to be using the Asus ROG Strix X670E-F motherboard and I am a bit confused if I am going to be able to plug all these fans onto this motherboard or if I need to buy fan splitters.

Thanks in advance!

check the manual and look at the labeled headers page.
it will show how many are available.

also check the cooler's info/support pages to see what type of connector it uses;
usually an adapter that takes all 3 fans and leads them to the single CPU_FAN header.
On ASUS website it says that it has 5x 4-pin chassis fan headers. So does that I mean I won't be able to plug all of the fans into the motherboard? The fans connection is 4-pin PWM + 3-pin 5V A-RGB. Do I need to buy a splitter for this then or how does it work? Thanks.

3-pin 5V A-RGB
these are separate LED connectors.
you will also need to check how many 3pin aRGB headers are available.

different manufacturers can have different labels for these;
rainbow, aRGB, etc...

many cases these days come with their own LED hub usually located behind the motherboard plate.
also check the case details to see if and how many connectors may be available.
usually up to 8 available that will share a single aRGB motherboard header.
