(HAF 912 Advanced vs. Storm Enforcer) vs. Corsair 400R

These are the best offers for the price point the store I'll be buying in have. So which should I choose?

Let's go first with Cooler Master's offers.

Which from the cases listed is the best ?

In competent technical reviews, HardwareSecrets found that many of the CM PSUs they tested had liar-labels on them, and/or claimed protections that were missing. That's dishonest, and IMHO a dishonest company does not deserve business for ANY of its products. That makes the Corsair the only viable option you have listed.

Still, we must not look into a product by brand alone. It's all on the specs.

He's not talking about power supplies, he is talking about cases.

Both of those cases perform similarily, IMO i would pick the 912.

Have you seen the CM 690 II ADVANCED?

The 400R isn't really in the first two cases price range either..

HAF 912 vs. 400R it is

I have seen the CM 690 II Advanced and I see that it's the best CM case at that price point. HOWEVER, it's a floor case having the front panel at the top. I put my system on an elevated surface and I cannot see the top of my case even when standing.

The 400R is at around the same price from where I'm buying it here in the Philippines. The CM cases being ~92-95$ while the 400R is ~100$. The difference wont break the bank and looking at all other cases in the 90-100$ price point the cases I listed above seem the be the best options fulfilling all requirements.

- Front panel USB3.0
- Must NOT be floor-based
- Cable management (from behind for airflow).
- Space for a 11'' graphics card even when hard drives are installed.
- Number of fans (more intake fans than outtake, preferably a chassis with fans on top and the PSU on the bottom).

i would suggest the 400R, nice look, good features, and corsair in general juts makes really nice cases.

Even the PSUs in this line that actaully can deliver their rated powers do so with lousy efficiency, yoltage regulation, or ripple...or a combination of the three.
