Hello everybody.
Sorry for my bad english, but I've got problem for a while now.. So okay, let's start with my specifications - GTX 1080 EVGA SC, Ryzen 5 2600, msi a320m pro-m2 v2 motherboard, XPG Gammix D10 DDR4 memory 3200MHz (2x8GB), SSD 128, HDD 1TB, HEXA+ 500W power supply.
My problem - Only half of my rams is usable, cpu-z shows that its in dual channel mode ( shows 16gb ram), task manager however shows only 8gb, but 8gb is hardware reserved. In bios it shows only 8gb.
So I should tell you this - all of my rams worked fine until I connected my ssd. Everything worked fine until then. But when I connected it and closed down the other side of the case (where back of the motherboard goes) my pc showed on EZDEBUG LED that my cpu is not working, all fans were spinning but no screen, just that bright led light that shows cpu not working, so I tried to restart my pc and it turned on fine, but led stopped at DRAM section for 5-10 secs and PC restarted it self. From there on now PC turns on without problems, but only half of my memory is usable.
I've tried -
1.reseating RAMS.
2.Reseating CPU.
3. New bios.
4.Disconnecting ssd.
5. CMOS clear.
I checked all the cables, it's fine. My Ryzen don't have bent or broken pins. However, when I reseated CPU, somehow my PC showed 16gb available, but when i closed the other side of the case (where back of the motherboard goes) I turned on my PC again it showed half of my ram.. So who's fault it's this? CPU? Motherboard? I tried opening the lid, reseating cpu, everything, but nothing works so far..
