[SOLVED] Half of my ram is usable?

Hello everybody.
Sorry for my bad english, but I've got problem for a while now.. So okay, let's start with my specifications - GTX 1080 EVGA SC, Ryzen 5 2600, msi a320m pro-m2 v2 motherboard, XPG Gammix D10 DDR4 memory 3200MHz (2x8GB), SSD 128, HDD 1TB, HEXA+ 500W power supply.
My problem - Only half of my rams is usable, cpu-z shows that its in dual channel mode ( shows 16gb ram), task manager however shows only 8gb, but 8gb is hardware reserved. In bios it shows only 8gb.
So I should tell you this - all of my rams worked fine until I connected my ssd. Everything worked fine until then. But when I connected it and closed down the other side of the case (where back of the motherboard goes) my pc showed on EZDEBUG LED that my cpu is not working, all fans were spinning but no screen, just that bright led light that shows cpu not working, so I tried to restart my pc and it turned on fine, but led stopped at DRAM section for 5-10 secs and PC restarted it self. From there on now PC turns on without problems, but only half of my memory is usable.
I've tried -
1.reseating RAMS.
2.Reseating CPU.
3. New bios.
4.Disconnecting ssd.
5. CMOS clear.
I checked all the cables, it's fine. My Ryzen don't have bent or broken pins. However, when I reseated CPU, somehow my PC showed 16gb available, but when i closed the other side of the case (where back of the motherboard goes) I turned on my PC again it showed half of my ram.. So who's fault it's this? CPU? Motherboard? I tried opening the lid, reseating cpu, everything, but nothing works so far..

Solution
Very strange. Reserved ram is done by Windows for use with the iGPU , strangely enough it also happens with cpus that have No iGPU. Unticking that box tells Windows not to bother with reserving the most ram it can.

Fix 3. Optimize the Virtual Memory on Windows 10
Some users reported that the Windows 10 not using all RAM issue can be fixed by modifying the Virtual Memory. It is used by Windows to manage memory usage and located in the C:\ drive by default. Here you can try optimizing the virtual memory.

Step 1. Press Win + E keys to open the File Explorer, and then right-click This PC entry and select Properties.

Step 2. Click on the Advanced system settings...
So, I've ordered MSI B450M PRO-M2 MAX , because I need my PC to be fully working before I head out to study.. I hope it fixes the problem.. Because i'm very low on budget 😕

Step 1. Press Win + R keys to open the Run dialog box, and then type msconfig in it and hit Enter.

Step 2. In the System Configuration window, navigate to the Boot tab, and then select the Operating System from the list and click on Advanced Options.

Step 3. Untick the checkbox next to Maximum memory and click on OK to save the change.

Step 4. Click on Apply and OK in the System Configuration window. On reboot, should have normal configured ram amounts.

Step 5. Uncheck the box next to Automatically manage paging file size for all drives.

Step 6. Select the C drive from the listed drives, and then select the Custom size to larger and click on OK to apply the change. Here you can set it base on your actual situation. (Try recommended size)

Once down, reboot your computer and check if hardware reserved RAM Windows 10 is resolved.

My bios can't even see 16gb of ram.. 🙁 I tried reinstalling windows aswell..

So okay guys... Bad news.. i replaced my motherboard, but it still in bios shows only 8gb... EZ Debug led lights is stopping at CPU, then restarts, then at DRAM, and then turns on.. So it might be cpu.. well.. it's sad.. but there ar no broken or even bent pins on my cpu.. is there anything more i can do?

Okay guys, so strangest thing happened, I was playing with dram speeds in bios, and when i made ram speed 2133 my pc turned on without any problems and it showed 16gb of ram!!!! But when I restarted it and made my ram to run on 2666 or auto it wont boot, it wont even load to bios.. no display or anything.. so i tried another ram sticks, and they worked, but only half of them were showing.. what???....

So okay guys, update - i tried swapping each and every one of rams. They boot up when single channel, but when i put it in dual channel my pc restarts 2 times and then pc works normally, but with only half of my ram usable. (I have 2 sticks of ADATA memory and 2 sticks of XPG). In bios it doesnt show XPG memory, it always shows ADATA memory. I don't even know what to do.. I know that my cpu doesnt have a single bent or broken pin, i checked and reseated it like 10 times already.. motherboard is new ( only one time it showed 16gb of ram, but when i changed the ram speed to 2133), but i never got it to boot to 2133 again it always restarts and goes back to 2666. ( Bios setting - after 2 unsuccessful boots cmos reset). What could be wrong? I now know that my cpu is good because it showed that it had 16gb ram again when i changed the speeds. But what could i try now? I don't have enough money to buy a new cpu to try out..

So update again.. after 250 times of reseating ram i finally got to boot my pc with 16gigs! but once again, after just connecting one cable to ssd my pc wont recognise second kit again...!!! What is wrong with my pc.. could this be something wrong with bios? I updated them to the newest, literally tried everything....
