Hello, will you please help me with this? My little older laptop, the 2012 Thinkpad L470 started to display this : Forum Factor: SODI

Until this, it didn't write anything like that, but now it writes Forum Factor SODI . Is this normal, looking to qwell the unnecessary paranoia, thank you!

That stands for SODIMM, the type of memory used in laptops.

Zero concerns with that.

Make that Task Manager window wider, and that "SODI..." will become "SODIMM".

That's normal. but "SODI" didn't show 2 Ms. SO-DIMM memory= Small Outline Dual In-line Memory Module which is physical description of it's size and contact format. MM is hidden behind right column. In windows it usually happens when resolution is low or se to other than 100% magnification.
