Really ? Well these newsgroups are from our perspective dead - we have
already removed all the others and the remaining 4 are only here until the
posting rate drops off. This was discussed by my colleague John Eddy in the
general Xbox group. This is because we ant you all to move to he forums on
www.xbox.com.
Since you are still doubting my credentials - let me point out a few simple
things.
My posting host for my messages is inside the Microsoft corporate network -
probably one of our servers in the Dublin network operations center. No non
employee could use these systems.
Secondly I have been active in the microsoft.public.* groups for over 3
years.
Where as you using your current details started posting on July 27 2004 and
have only made a total of 24 posts this year and last to the
microsoft.public.xbox.games and microsoft.public.windowsxp.security_admin
groups
At the end of last year I also participated in the series of 10 Active
Directory TechNet chat sessions online as a subject matter expert - feel
free to check them out and my bio at
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/community/chats/trans/default.mspx
As regards you having problems getting into contact with Microsoft - that
really depends on what you want to do.
If you are having issue with Xbox then http://www.xbox.com/en-us/support/
(there are country specific ones) will provide the contact details
For General Microsoft product support then a large range of contact methods
and support options exist
http://www.microsoft.com/services/microsoftservices/supp.mspx
What in particular are you trying to contact Microsoft about ?

Mike
