Question Hands On weird Saphire Rx580 nitro+

i got weird rx580+ nitro 4gb card
its work fine if no hdmi display plugged in (Tested with 2 DP)
if hdmi is plugged in (in any hdmi port)the driver will crash after driver finish loading.(after user login screen) and the device is disabled. i monitor it with remote manager. since no display available. since the driver crash monitor that plugged in to DP port will crash too(no signal).
thing that i try :
Reseating the GPU
Clean install driver from old to newest same result (Safemode + DDU)
Switch Monitor (Same Result)
Swith HDMI Cable (Same Result)

please give me some guidance!

Possibly faulty HDMI out. Maybe not fixable.

Use a adaptor on a DP port to HDMI, if you really need a HDMI out.
