This article should have come out the day before.

At that time... I think I was on the toilet.

Of course, in different countries - we'll get different times.

I have renamed my folders for personal data (Digital photos for example)
in Year-Month-Day so that when viewed in order, they flow better. Going by April 15 2009 for example, would have folders like this

04-15-2009 Birthday
04-17-2007 Zoo
04-20-2008 Misc

A mess!
2009-04-15 Birthday
2009-04-18 Sunsets and Misc

etc... all the years are grouped together as are the months, etc.

Actually, you all people are 2000 years too late. Date is not written as 7/8/9, it is 12:34.56 07.08.2009
Now if you write that down it's actualy 12345607082009 - stupid number, right? I mean - REAL "0123456789" happens every day if you look at the 01h 23min 45s and not sure how it's said n english but one hundereth and one thousand parts of a second also count, soooo... pretty much you have 0123456789 every day, you could even argue it happens twice a day (AM/PM)

So let's move on, but it was fun note anyway.. not a news worthy, but nice note 😛 :)

To be an ass technically this has already gone by over 2000 years ago... so it's all mute... Never cut the first two digits off the year.. it makes people go nuts when there is a change in the century (ehem anyone hear of the millenium bug =) ?).

[citation][nom]back_by_demand[/nom]If the US format is DD/MM/YYHow come you call it 9/11?That is MM/DD[/citation]

The U.S. Format for dates is : MM/DD/YY. If your referring the the comment earlier form the Canadian.

So, 9/11 means September(9th month), 11th (day of month). Should be easy to figure out.

You forgot the fact that this happens TWICE in a day.
It's not one second big significant thing.
It happens twice in a day.
The "REAL" time it happens is in the AM, due to the PM hours being converted to the 24 hour clock. (1 PM = 1300)

Jane the brain is at it again. Never mind that you're a month too late (???)

It must be these kinds of news posts that bump up BOM stock!

This has happen before EX: 12:34;56 7/8/90 and 1:23:45 6/7/89

Really just depends how you play with the date
