It shows I have three drives but I have only installed two. How to get rid of
the false drive.
Also, how to make a file scroll down the screne smoothly instead of jerky or
in slow motion.

The third drive could be a "virtual drive" check to see if you have software
installed that can create virtual drives and disable it that way. For
example Nero has an application called Nero Image. When run it will create
virtual drives.

You might have to look for updated drivers for your video card to fix the
jerky motion.

The third "drive" might be the normally hidden Restore Partition. If that
is what the third drive is, then you will have no way to restore your drive
to the way it was when you bought it.

I have seen this once following a new installation. I deleted all
partitions and started over.
