Hard disk partition errors

Hello,
already i was installed win 7 in the "c" drive.at that time i did partition into 4 drives("D"E"F"). After this now im going to partition these 4 drives in to some more drives, error while doing partition.(error 00008 something hapens) plz send the sol 4 me (chanti54321@gmai.com)
 
You can only make 4 physical partitions.

You can have up to 7 partitions, but you will have to delete one of your partitions (you will lose all the data on it), and recreate it, this time making it an "extended partition", and then create up to 4 logical partitions inside the extended partition. You cannot boot from a logical partition.

Why do you want so many partitions? It's rarely a good idea, because you will find that you run out of room on one partition or another, and then you have the nasty job of trying to repartition your drive. Normally it's a lot easier to use just one or two partitions (unless you want to install a lot of different operating systems - that's easier if you have multiple partitions).

Personally, I prefer to install multiple drives, rather than trying to partition up a single drive.
