Question Hard drive not showing up in Bios, Device manager or Disk Manager *Worked fine before in previous system*

I have a 10tb standard hard drive installed internally in my system that isn't showing up in Bios, Device Manger or Disk Management.

The drive worked fine prior in a previous system. I have tried changing the Sata port it is plugged into from Port 1 to 2. I even gave it it's very own SATA power connection to the PSU.

I have checked my motherboard manual and it doesn't mention anything about SATA ports being turned off if I have more than one M.2 drive in use. Does anyone know what else I can do?

My system is as follows:
Windows 10
Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 *F2 Bios
M.2 Drive 2tb (for OS)
M.2 Drive 2tb (storage)
SATA 1Tb SSD (Sata port 0)
SATA 10Tb HD (Sata port 1) *This is the one not showing up*
DVD Driver (Sata port 3)
Ryzen 7800x3d
Gskill DDR5 2x16gb memory
RTX 3080ti
EVGA 1000w G7 Supernova

Hey guys Just to update.

I took out the internal hard drive in question and connected it via external hard drive enclosure plugged into PC with a USB connector. It loaded right up so I know the drive isn't bad.

Use extension cable and cut 3.3V wire (orange color).

what if I don't have the orange cable? i found some sata extenders and it has 4 wires. starting left to right with the pin side showing (yellow, black, red, black)

nevermind! I used my sata extender cable which only had four wires and now the drive is showing up. I guess there was nothing I needed to cut!
