When I connect my WD My Passport Ultra 2tb to my windows 10 the drive shows up a local drive and I cannot do anything with it. When it is connected I cannot access Disk Management or even open any Recovery Applications like EASEUS, Minitools or recuuva but as soon as I disconnect it they all open fine. I need help urgently. The Hard drive does not belong to me and i'm stressing out. Please Help Me! Will I lose any data?
I tried connecting to another PC with no prevail

"my WD My Passport Ultra 2tb to my windows 10"
"The Hard drive does not belong to me and"

Which is it? Yours or not yours?
Is there a backup of the data somewhere else? If not, why not?
What are you actually trying to do?

Its not mine. my bad. I don't think there is a back up of it, it does not belong to me. I was trying to copy something for my friend and I have no idea what happened. Is there a fix for this?

You need to connect it to whatever system it was in originally.
See if it works.

How would I do this? I don't have the original System. Is it possible for me to format it and recover the data?

"format and recover the data" are two diametrically opposed functions.

I can't recommend any 'fix', because what is wrong with it is completely unknown.
How do you know there is actual data on it?
Why was it given to you? What problem did the original owner have?
