[SOLVED] hard drive on bios but no access

Hi..i can see my hard drive on my bios, but it doesn't assign a letter or give me access..
here is my system
Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz 8-Core
MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS
Corsair Hydro Series, H115i PRO RGB, 280mm.
G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 3200MHz
EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB
Intel 1TB 665P M.2-2280 NVME SSD (main disk)
4TB 3.5" (backup /storage disk)
Cooler Master MasterBox HAF
Corsair RM (2019) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX

1st boot today, windows installed on ssd, but no harddrive..thanks in adv for help
 
Solution
Check you user manual for which SATA ports are disabled when using a drive in an M.2 port.

After that, open Disk Management. Does the drive appear there? It might just need to be Initialized.
