Hard Drive Performance

A lot of people already probably know about this but I am going to post it anyway, just to make sure and perhaps help somebody with the same problem.
I didn't think there was a problem with my hard drive performance until I used the drive benchmark in Sisoft Sandra and realized it sucked(drive index 5087). It didn't take me long to find the solution though.

can't you capture screenshot like with any other Windows program:

Alt-PrintScreen will copy current window to clipboard,
PrintScreen will copy whole screen to clipboard

go to your favourite graphics program (even MS Paint will do), and Paste it in... should do the trick
save and publish

I used Paint Shop Pro 7 and set it to capture the current window(right-click on specific window).
