Hard Drive Problems!!! Only SSD being recognized? Hard drive is in drisk manager though

I have a picture of it online but my SSD is shown as my main storage and my Hard Drive is not being shown in devices nor can i use it. What should i do from here? Please respond. First build
Hard drive isnt being recognized as a Local Disk.

Your PC wont recongnize the second drive because its not initialized or formatted.
