hard drive read error

Recently during regular use my pc turned itself off and after starting it back up, i was presented with a black screen with a blinking underscore, after a few more restarts I got a disk read error message.

I uplugged the sata cable and replugged them in one at a time to see which one is the problem but after I plugged them all back in the computer booted up again without a problem.

I have checked my hard drives using crystaldiskinfo and it says that all my hard drives are healthy.

I am currently backing up my pc, but should I be worried about this??

Hard drives:
Samsung Evo 850 Evo 250GB (boot drive)
Samsung HD105SI 1TB
WDC WD30EZRZ-00zh5hb0 3TB

that error was from os drive or others i would use another sata cable on the ssd first .
