Hi so I have a Windows 8.1 laptop which I had just upgraded to Windows 10.
The problem is every time my computer is idle and the screen automatically shuts off, the hard drive would also shut off for a quick second and then turn back on.
This repeats in a cycle of about 10 times per minute. I have already turned off the feature to turn off the hard disk when idle as well as disable the sleep and hibernate option.
I have never had this problem on Windows 8.1. Any ideas on what might be going on here? Thank you!
