I was looking over Speccy because I was bored, and I saw that one of my drives is giving me a warning message. I'm not sure where I would go to find out why it's giving me this, so I came here.

Hi there Jeremy Azcarate,

I guess some of the S.M.A.R.T parameters showed a Warning status. It may be a good idea to retest the drive and post which one is that.
Apart from that, as there is most probably something wrong with the drive, you need to back up the data stored on it as soon as possible.

I know it might be a little late to reply to this but. i checked both hard drives using HD Tune error check quick and long tests and all blocks are green.. the smart analysis on Seatools for DOS didnt have any warning or Piriform speccy it just says "warning" and i compared the values on both drives, and the difference is the drive that has the "warning" has reallocated sectors count of 56.

Could that mean anything?

That means that there are some bad sectors on the drive and they were reallocated.
Some HDD testing tools report normalized values while some report RAW data. Most probably because of that, some tools report that there are no issues with the drive(there should be more than 56 reallocated sectors in order to warn you) while others report the exact reallocated sectors value and show a warning sign as a result.
Anyways, in case the drive is under warranty, you can just contact the manufacturer and eventually RMA it.
In case it is not, you just shouldn't store important data on it. My guess would be that bad sectors will eventually continue to appear.
Here are some other tools you can try: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

Well its not that really important.. only the OS Files and some games, but i kept the installers on the "more good" hard drive in my case.. i have a backup..

i tried the HDTUNE , and all blocks are green, i tried both drives and tried both long and short tests..
