Question Hardware Monitor shows 20.736v on the 12v rail ?

I understand sometimes the readings are not perfect, for example some of my CPU temps show 127c and 103c.
Should I be concerned that it shows 20.736v on the 12v rail? What steps can I take to verify or troubleshoot?

You have selected the wrong test point. +20 would kill something on the MB and or assorted parts.. Like said above HWinfo will do the job.
