how to fix a CPU that can`t read any disk?

lol umm more info if you want awnser like what kind of disk - hard drive, cd, 3.5, or maybe u useing a 5 1/4 floppy for all we know. try to be more specific give your config too motherboard, processor, operating system manufacturer

CPUs don't read disks.

Well, welcome to the forums, but you are going to have to do a lot better than that.
