Hardware Requirements for Youtube

I was wonder what specs are good for streaming and making youtube videos, my current set up is:

• Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
• G.Skill - Ripjaws X Series 8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
• MSI - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GAMING X 4G Video Card
Is this good enough to make quality videos or should I focus on upgrading my hardware?

As far as making movies, of course, it just wouldn't be as efficient as a modern setup.

Streaming modern games would more than likely be out of the question as the encoder would saturate CPU usage.
