hardware setting changed

Yesterday i had updated my AMD crimson software (16.7.3) then i have this issue. I get this meesage every time i turn on my laptop ( Window 10 ) "Your hardware settings have changed. Please reboot your computer for these changes to take effect. " I restarted it and always the same message appears. HELP PLEASE .

Try to uninstall it from Safe Mode, by the way what is the GPU you have?

Hi,

When you start your windows and while it is booting keep clicking on F8 and this should take you to safe mode (Looks like the normal Windows except GPU is not defined there). Then continue normally same as the normal windows.

Download and use: http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html it will send you to Safe mode and uninstall drivers properly. When you return to normal mode you should be able to install proper drivers.

hi guys, this is the best solution i found and it worked ,
Open Run command and type 'services.msc' then press Enter.
Now search for AMD External Events Utility and double click on it.
Then goto Startup Type & choose Disabled
Apply & OK
