Question Have a cpu issue and it’s really confusing if anyone can help. Have ryzen 7 3700x

Hey everyone. So my pc has been going to black screen then reboots afterwards. It happened randomly from a few seconds to a few hours. And now it reboots while installing windows. I have a ryzen 7 3700x and even had amd replace it. It kept having the same issue. I got a new motherboard, same issue. Tested the pc with a ryzen 7 5800x and it worked like a charm. No reboots or anything. Anyone have any ideas of what’s going on? Thanks
