Question Have a problem with my card

So i have nvidia gtx 1050ti. And one day i was just use it as usual or maybe a bit more. Then i shut down my computer after an hour or so i turn the computer back on i start to have some problem with the display. There are some blue boxes on the display. I have tried alot of things like updating and downgrading drivers, changing wires, changing ram cleaning ram slot, cleaning gpu slot but nothing changed however when i disabled the card from device manager and display is fixed but it is much slower( the display wire is still attached to the card)

Intel i5 (i forgot the gen and the speed)
1tb hhd
Gtx1050 ti oc version
Nothing is overclocked
