So, tonight my mother wanted to watch a tv show called "The Farm", but my father was watching football and i tried plugging the tv cable into my tv(I use it as a monitor)and there were sparks. Then the screen turned off my gpu fan speed turned up to maximum and i turned off everything. I checked the tv board there was something blown and i tried my pc to another tv but no signal....it can be the hdmi cable because it so shitty but could it be the the gpu...and if it is the gpu will warranty give me back working gpu...can they find that i am gulty?
Sorry for the bad english :)

Solution
It sounds like your home/apartment and/or your components aren't properly grounded. So moving the cables created a short circuit. This might have burned out various components. So you need to test each one to see what works and what doesn't. It's possible that both the tv and GPU are toast.
