Question Have trouble with Dvi - D dual link disbale to my tv need help!

My new PC i just finish build:

Case:NZXT 500 compact ATX (white)
Motherboard: MSI 970 gaming AMD
Processor: AMD FX 8320
Graphics Card: Armor Rx 570 AMD
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1600MZ DDR3 CL10 DIMM
Power Supply: EVGA 400 N1 400W
SSD: SanDisk plus 1TB

I have a problem with DVI -D 24+1 dual link to hdmi everything works fine and it works but not showing display on my tv and yes it is on the right source to the tv.
I have tried switching ram still no display.
My dad took out the graphics and put it back in the same spot and still not working.
Still dont know that the problem is also i dont have a optical drive in case it doesnt have one so i use usb (i havent install drivers yet cause display not showing)

it has no lights or a switch all u do is plug it in and it works but no display and no i dont see any lights i only see one light coming from the motherboard which the audio boost logo light thats it
